Sales Administrator

Litt Recruitment Group are recruiting a Sales Administrator, our client is keen to speak with industry experienced Sales Administrators who are keen on taking the next step in their career.


As a Sales Administrator you will be supporting the sales team that represent our client and their services with a view of helping their customers negotiate on their business energy bills, in turn making them more sustainable and environmentally friendly.


What you will be doing:

  • Completion of tenders
  • Completion of sales paperwork
  • Complete and update all customer details and sales information within our CRM
  • Pricing for energy contracts
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of government legislation that clients may be required to adhere too

What you need:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a sales administrator role
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Treats people with respect under all circumstances.
  • Agreed SLA's and KPI's are delivered for all CRM case management scenarios.
  • Comfortable adapting to change, meeting the changing demands of the work environment and responding well to any delays or other unexpected demands.
  • Works well as part of a team, is openminded towards the ideas and views of others, gives as well as welcomes feedback, contributes to building team spirit, aids other to succeed.
  • Excellent levels of punctuality and attendance

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
