Main duties and responsibilities
We are recruiting for an outstanding professional with a focus on customer success, an eye for detail and service excellence to join our fast-growing company.
You'll join our team on a full time, fixed term basis to provide key services to motivated students who are attending our high quality residential summer courses in Oxford, Cambridge and London.
You will work within our Service Delivery team to help deliver a range of services to ensure students have an excellent experience on our courses.
Main Duties
- Monitor the Services Inbox and ensure timely responses to all queries
- Help deliver smooth and efficient airport transfers
- Assist team with student arrivals and departures
- Maintain relevant policies, FAQ and T&Cs

Who are we looking for (essential):
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and engaging with a strong work ethic; a team player with high standards
- Strong organisational and task management skills
- A strong and diplomatic written and verbal communicator
- Excellent IT proficiency including Excel and/or Google sheets
Who are we looking for (desirable):
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Proficiency with Salesforce or experience with other CRM systems
- Proficiency with collaborative tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
