    Telesales Executive
    Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern.

    Hours: 10am - 7pm

    PAYE Rate:
    £26k basic salary, OTE £45k per annum

    Contract Type:
    Permanent


    Igloo is recruiting Telesales Executives to work for one of UK's fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket, who have vast experience and knowledge within the industry.

    With a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget, our client is all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service.


    Role:

    • To be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about purchasing a new vehicle
    • Answering inbound / outbound sales query calls
    • Converting leads into appointments
    • Follow up via email / telephone
    • Delivering excellent customer service

    Requirements:

    • Target driven and hungry to earn lots of money
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Excellent PC and telephone skills
    • Performance driven
    • Good team ethics
    • Ability to have fun
    • All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality
    • The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their previous experience of working within the automotive industry in a similar role
