Lead on product change initiatives, new share class launches, fund closures and mergersProactive product idea generationLeading launch project groups and managing key stakeholders in delivering within development budgetsComplete post launch product reviewsLiaise extensively internally to ensure full understanding of regulatory environment around new product ideaExperience: Proven Asset Management experience with a good product development/ launch lifecycle experienceExcellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsExperience of UK Domiciled funds would be ideal, would also consider SICAV and UCIT backgroundOur mission is to lead the recruitment of diverse talent and champion the adoption of more inclusive working cultures to help the industry innovate.
