Do you want to be involved in supporting service users with mental health difficulties in the community? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Community Enhanced Rehabilitation Team (CERT) as a deputy team lead.

CERT is a new community rehab team within the enhanced rehabilitation and recovery pathway.

Comprising of a multi-disciplinary team, CERT provides transitional support and mental health rehabilitation focused interventions in the community for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

We work within a recovery approach, undertaking collaborative interventions with service users, families and wider networks within the community.

CERT offers service users and carers a greater choice over their care and recovery, ensuring interventions are delivered in the least restrictive setting.
