    We've grown to over 25 people currently across Manchester and Austin, TX and have exciting plans to grow the brand and business in the coming years.

    We were shortlisted this year for 'Tech Recruitment Agency of the Year (Micro)' at the Recruiter Awards in 2023 and although we've come a long way in 7 years, we're just at the start of our journeyWe are now on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

    With regular fees in the region of £15,000 - £40,000 and commission paying up to 50%, our consultants are able to significantly enhance their earning potential by recruiting for some of the most in-demand technical skills in the worldThe roleA hands-on recruitment position with the main objective of developing Develop client relationships with both new & existing clients across niche technical markets using business development techniques/skillsCompose quality, well-written content for job advertisements, email marketing & internal training materialHost tech webinars, round table events and attend sponsored tech eventsLead by example to less experienced consultants with consistent billings & regularly promoting best practicesWhat do I need to be successful?Successful proven experience as an Agency Recruiter with Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud and DevOps experience is highly advantageousHistory of developing new & existing client relationshipsHave experience with mentoring junior consultantsExcellent consultative communication skillsStrong sales and negotiation skillsBut most of all, you'll display our display our values on a daily basis:Consultative, Honest, Ambitious, Friendly, DedicatedIn return, you will receive a competitive salary, 25 days + BH, home working options, pension, sick pay, week from anywhere scheme, duvet days, health & wellbeing programme, maternity/paternity leave, childcare vouchers, charity scheme, high spec laptop & tech, plus many others.
