- To examine vehicles and diagnose non-routine defects, or additional faults either in the workshop or during road tests
- To achieve and maintain technical knowledge and skill set for diagnosing and servicing vehicles
- To utilise the Company's facilities and processes to maximise your productivity on vehicles
- Help retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency
- Attend regular training to update technical skills
- Level 3 City and Guilds or NVQ's in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Qualifications
- Preferably Main Dealer workshop experience
- Individuals with current DVSA certification for MOT testing will be prioritised

The role involves carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of cars to the highest possible standard with a first-time fix.
As an Anthony Motors Electric Vehicle Technician, you will receive full manufacturer training and support to progress your technical career using the latest facilities.
Suitable candidates must be keen to achieve, maintain, and develop the necessary skill sets required by our highly successful aftersales departments when servicing vehicles.
To accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of both electric and ICE vehicles in accordance with the brands' technical standards and within the budgeted timeIt goes without saying that you need to be a real people person, who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with a wide range of people, negotiate and influence situations and deliver great customer service, who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.
