- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of categories.
- Manage product concepts through the development cycle from a marketing perspective. This includes business cases, concept tests, packaging design and pricing recommendations and ensuring readiness for launch.
- Manage the NPD process and the critical path for marketing tasks and delivering stage gate requirements to deadlines.
- Carry out continual market research on competitor landscape, consumer and customer feedback, market trends etc.
- Support marketing team with all product launch assets including packaging, POS, collateral, samples etc.
- Monitor portfolio performance.

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with experience in FMCG/Retail/Consumer Goods to join this recognised household brand.
This is a brand-new role within the business and sits within the marketing team, but with a lot of support and daily interaction with the NPD and innovation teams.
You will have worked in a product management role previously and will play a crucial role in the development, launch and management of all product ranges across for the UK market and for international distribution.
