    The Marketing Executive sits at the heart of the EMEA Marketing team, supporting Directors and project teams across all elements of EMEA Marketing operations as we look to drive client engagement and win new work.

    What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • 'Can-do' attitude, with a willingness to learn and good interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships.
  • Competent in using Adobe InDesign.
  • Active interest in marketing and new marketing approaches.
  • Self-motivated with a structured approach to work and time-management.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment, including co-working on projects, co-developing ideas, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Organised with the ability to clearly define requirements for input.
  • Knowledge or interest in design and architecture is preferred.
  • Experience of providing support to teams.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the UK teams, in relation to marketing and new business activities.
  • Prepare a calendar for key industry events; agree attendees with Directors and register those individuals; support on providing content and materials for meetings.
  • Support the BD & Presentation Designer with the creation and maintenance of key marketing and business development assets such as project sheets and project presentations, adhering to the brand guidelines.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with social media/digital campaigns in support of EMEA events and initiatives, alongside ad hoc posts for the company intranet.
  • Work with Head of Marketing to identify target industry awards and manage submissions process.
  • Update project pages and assets on the website in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate orders for business cards and studio stationary/ branded materials.
  • Coordinate with project teams on new imagery, uploading to Open Asset as needed.
  • Support UK studio social committee events, such as the Summer and Christmas parties.
