A mid-sized leading Legal 500 City law firm are seeking a Planning Associate to join them.

You will advise on and assist clients with development advice strategy, planning applications, planning appeals and judicial reviews, section 106 and highways/infrastructure agreements, compulsory purchase and compensation and enforcement and prosecutions.

You will work with developers, landowners and investors on wide range of matters, predominantly on mixed use, retail and residential development schemes and property transactions.

You will have 3-5 years PQE in planning law from a well regarded City or regional law firm.
