- Provide pharmaceutical expertise to the project, including leading on the development of impact assessments for identified critical and vulnerable products, and making recommendations on clinical alternatives.
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited British School of Pharmacy, or recognised equivalent

£This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a challenging, fast-paced project within the Supply Resilience Directorate and to support the delivery of a key government priority to increase supply resilience across critical medicines and medical products. The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist pharmaceutical expertise to the Supply Resilience Directorate, working with the team and key stakeholders to develop supply resilience plans for critical products.
The role will require working closely with analysts and policy leads to provide clinical context to the supply chain data of critical medicines and medical products, as well as identifying and assessing impacts to patients and the wider health system.
The role will lead on analysing, interpreting and presenting medical data to highlight issues and risks and support decision-making. Lead the development of criticality assessments for medicines and medical products.Work with analytical and policy leads in the Supply Resilience Directorate and across client to support the development of supply resilience plans for identified critical products in response to emerging threats to continuity of supply and vulnerabilities within supply chains, including understanding and aligning with existing resilience building plans where appropriate.
