    ER AdvisorSalary up to £33k per annumEsholt, BD17 7RHBayfields Opticians & Audiologists are now looking for a full time ER Advisor to join our team based at the Head Office in Esholt.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an ER Advisor to play a pivotal part in our People Team, focusing on employee relations (ER) cases while providing comprehensive support across various HR functions.

    Additionally, you will collaborate closely within the People team to deliver high-quality HR services.

    We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic ER Advisor who is currently working in the capacity of an ER advisor and has experience of working within a busy HR/ ER team.

    As the ER Advisor, you'll also play a role in assisting the HR People Partner with various HR administrative duties, including those related to TUPE.

    You will be aware of changes to employment legislation and ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with current regulations and provide guidance to our senior personnel, practice managers and employees on relevant HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
