As a Senior Deployment Engineer at Ripjar, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality software to our customers.

You will rely on your technical skills, troubleshooting experience, knowledge of our technology, and your deep understanding of our customer configurations to become the subject matter expert for specific customers at Ripjar.

Expertise with tools like Ansible, or other configuration management tools is desired, as is experience with a broad array of technologies, including MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Kafka.

Ideally, you will be comfortable with Python, NodeJS, Bash and other scripting languages in a Linux environment, as well as experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

When you are not working directly with our customers you will assist our operations and DevOps teams in building capabilities to support our SaaS and on-premise customers
As a Senior Deployment Engineer you will:
Support the deployment, configuration, and integration of Ripjar's Labyrinth Screening Platform for specific customers through direct engagement, remotely and on customer premises
Provide deep support to our customers for technical issues relating to the deployment, configuration, and integration of our Labyrinth Screening platform

Provide deep support to our customers for technical issues relating to the deployment, configuration, and integration of our Labyrinth Screening platform
Experience working with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Experience of working with, managing, and administering Linux systems
Experience of Linux/UNIX shell scripting
Experience working with and administering NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch
Excellent communication and time management skills to work with a large team of developers, multiple customers, and project management professionals
Bonus Technical Skills and Experience:
Experience working in AWS, Azure, GCP or other cloud-based platforms
Software engineering experience in or Python
