    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team on an adhoc basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and supportive team.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
    Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
    Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and interventions and modify nursing care plans as needed.
    Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
    Educate patients and their families about healthcare issues and promote self-care techniques.
    Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
    Previous experience working as a Registered General Nurse in a NHS or private hospital setting is essential.
    Excellent clinical skills and sound knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
