    At Peregrine, we're proud to be recruiting on behalf of our clients, an excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Business Support Co-ordinator based in London.

    Role and Responsibilities

    Executive Business Support Co-ordinator is an important role in the CEO's office.

    This is an exciting an opportunity to work at the heart of the organisation, this is an entry level opportunity; however, you will need to have an intermediate level of understanding on Microsoft Office applications, and excellent powerpoint and written communication skills.

    This role will entail working with the Chief of Staff to improve governance at Board, ExCo and business unit levels.

    You will be responsible for developing draft papers on behalf of the CEO and Executive Team and/or research in support of these.

    Other duties will include the Management of the Executive Committee and the Shareholder.

    Skills

    You will have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and be able to keep track of and monitor progress on multiple issues to ensure work is prioritised and deadlines are met.

    You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be confident in dealing with a wide range of people and senior stakeholders.

    You will have confidence, tact and diplomacy in communicating requirements and constructively challenging senior executives. You will need great influencing skills as you will be primarily dealing with senior leadership
