Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with an international company looking to add to their existing Purchase Ledger team. The organisation places a key focus on career development and study support is available if required. The office is near-bythe local train station or has free parking on-site for those driving.
This role provides an opportunity for someone with administrative/office experience that is interested in pursuing a career within finance. Full training and support will be provided.
Duties will include:
- You will be dealing with all aspects of the accounts payable function, from supplier inception through to payment and query handling
- Match, batch and code invoices
- Responsible for vendor and statement reconciliation
- Liaising with support staff and suppliers to deal with queries
- Adhoc administrative duties as required
Person:
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable desirable
- Familiar with MS Excel and competent with IT
- Excellent communication skills
