CKM16500 Purchase Ledger | Keighley | £21,000 - £23,000 + AAT study support

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with an international company looking to add to their existing Purchase Ledger team. The organisation places a key focus on career development and study support is available if required. The office is near-bythe local train station or has free parking on-site for those driving.

This role provides an opportunity for someone with administrative/office experience that is interested in pursuing a career within finance. Full training and support will be provided.


Duties will include:


  • You will be dealing with all aspects of the accounts payable function, from supplier inception through to payment and query handling
  • Match, batch and code invoices
  • Responsible for vendor and statement reconciliation
  • Liaising with support staff and suppliers to deal with queries
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required

Person:


  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable desirable
  • Familiar with MS Excel and competent with IT
  • Excellent communication skills
