Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant | Leicestershire | up to £11.50 per hour


We are currently recruiting for a
Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an established business based in the Leicestershire area.

Ideally working between
25 and 30 hours fully onsite at the business, with flexibility on the working pattern. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full
end to end purchase ledger processing.


Responsibilities:

Processing
purchase invoices across
multiple accounts and
currencies
Generating
payment reports gaining the necessary approval
Record and
allocate invoices and
payments onto the system
Reconciling
supplier accounts
Handling any supplier queries in a timely manner
Processing
credit cards and
expenses
Various purchase ledger related duties

Extensive experience of working within a
purchase ledger role
Good
Excel Skills
Team Player
Strong attention to detail
Able to communicate at all levels
