• Contribute to the design and execution of experiments to generate high-quality genomic data.

Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent experience in genomics, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in genomic data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques applied to genomic data.
• Experience working with next-generation sequencing (NGS) data and relevant bioinformatics tools (e.g., BWA, GATK, Samtools).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
