The opportunity:

Sephora is a renowned beauty retailer at the forefront of the cosmetics industry. Our vibrant stores offer an extensive range of high-quality skincare, makeup, and fragrance products. Join our team as we empower individuals to express their unique beauty and provide exceptional customer experiences.

As a Beauty Advisor - Fragrance Specialist at Sephora, your role is to provide exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients. You will be responsible for creating a personalized and engaging shopping experience, helping clients find the right products to address their specific needs. Your knowledge and passion for Fragrances will drive sales and contribute to the success of our new Sephora store in the UK.

Your mission:

A true ambassador of our brand, you are outstanding at welcoming, advising and building customer loyalty.
You will develop sales within your store by offering products and services adapted to the needs of our customers.
You will delight our customers' senses and offer them a moment of exceptional wellbeing.
You will support your store team in explaining and demonstrating new products, trends and any specific fragrance demonstrations or storytelling.
You will teach clients how to layer fragrances at home.
You will participate in events and take up commercial challenges brilliantly
You will support your store team with merchandising procedures (products, testers, prices, animations, cash desk area, stock room, etc.) according to the Company's standards
You will assist your store in all departments where necessary (cash, operations, etc)

Your profile:

You are dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, attentive to the details that make the difference, endowed with an unparalleled sense of customer service, you like to work in a team, you are business oriented and experience real satisfaction in transforming customer advice into sales.

Skills:

You are a natural storyteller passionate about fragrance and delighting customers
You have essential fragrance knowledge and two years in store sales & services experience
You have excellent communication & empathic skills,
You have the ability to be creative and innovative.
You speak English fluently (any other language would be a plus).
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours.
