- Implementing the site training plan
- Managing and developing operations staff
- Helping with HR and payroll administration
- Managing annual leave and sickness absence
- Managing site H&S requirements
- Managing and improving process efficiencies
- Managing the maintenance schedule
- Managing the calibration schedule
- Managing and maintaining site H&H standards
- Managing and monitoring traceability of all raw materials and finished products
- Maintaining the site QMS and HACCP plan, and ensuring the site meets all food safety/legal and quality requirements
- Responsible for food safety/legal and quality decisions
- Managing & monitoring CCPs
- Managing adherence to site allergen and organic controls
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Helping with the NPD process
- Managing Food Defence & Authenticity – TACCP Plan
- You must have food manufacturing experience
- An already well-established production manager or a supervisor who is looking for their first management role
- Strong leader
- Exceptional people skills

On Offer:
