Legal Counsel, Commercial, IP & Data (3 Years plus PQE)

Location:
Remote working with ad hoc travel to offices in Cambridge and/or London

Are you a qualified Legal Counsel with a passion for making a positive impact? Our client is a charitable organisation seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to join the team.

This role offers remote working with occasional travel to the offices in Cambridge and/or London.

Handle general commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Provide legal advice and support on intellectual property (IP) matters.
Advise on data protection issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the organisation's objectives while managing legal risks.
Conduct legal research and provide guidance on various legal matters as needed.
Experience handling general commercial agreements, IP, and data protection matters.
Competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum.
Remote working with ad hoc travel to the office.
