    Job Description:

    Our Client is looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technician to join their existing Architectural team part of a friendly multi disciplinary department currently enjoying a stable and developing workload.

    The focus of the projects you as an, Architectural Technologist or Technician, will be involved on are predominantly retail delivering the full range of Architectural services to a blue-chip Client base of industry giants.

    The schemes you will be involved on will vary in size, nature and value and be a mixture of both new build and major refurbishment/extensions.

    Other sectors this Consultant is generating more and more enquiries from include Residential and general Industrial so experience in these sectors also of interest.

    Person Specification:

    As an experienced Architectural Technologist or Technician you will:

    Have a keen eye for detail producing working drawing packages of a high standard.
    Possess a thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
    Have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, although applicants with less will be considered if they are particularly technically advanced.
    Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technician working on projects in either the Retail, Industrial or Residential sectors.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD.
    Job running experience would be great.
