REED are working with an award-winning organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of
Recruitment Administrator to join their friendly HR team.
Within the role you will work closely with the HR team to coordinate recruitment and events for school leavers, graduates, internships and work experience, as well as assisting with HR administration from time to time.
This will involved advertising, shortlisting, dealing with skills testing, coordinating and attending recruitment days, processing offer letters, liaising with schools and colleges, conducting right to work checks, issuing new starter information, onboardingactivities, producing reports, ordering suitable careers merchandise, and assisting the HR team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with excellent planning and coordination skills, ideally with experience in a similar role, although administration and coordination experience will be considered.
