    The Company:

    A leading sports apparel licensee based in New York with International offices in London. Over 25 years' experience working with US sports league.

    The Role:

    • Lead for graphic direction for key macro campaign ideation across Menswear/Womenswear for all licenses and markets.
    • Trend shop and online research plan where needed and align with senior design team annual strategic plan to ensure meeting all goals.
    • Work in collaboration with the senior design team with the men's and women's designers to design ranges across strategic global retail accounts, looking at strategy for creative direction, graphics and designing ranges where needed.
    • Research new trends, shapes and fabrics that are relevant to key seasonal trends and which graphics best suit these trends.
    • Develop graphic seasonal trend board and creating bespoke customer trend boards to inspire senior stakeholders at retail
    • Continually looking to innovate with exciting new product graphics and design ideation
    • Create best-selling graphic selling printings using assets provided by our teams Graphic Designers
    • Managing end-to-end design process from initial design, retail buyer communication through to pre-production approvals to make sure quality meets high standards across menswear and womenswear
    • Interpermeating briefs and satisfying their needs through commercial design
