We are recruiting on behalf of an Large Independant Loss Adjusting firm with a need for Liability specialist with exposure to complex claims.

They seek an additional Loss Adjuster to cover the South-East England with the preferred applicant having a wealth of knowledge in EL and PL claims including Major Losses.

This client offers great progression opportunities and will support you in attaining chartered status with CILA and work to maximise your potential with scope to establish UK wide client portfolios and progress into managerial or Major Loss roles.

What you'll be doing?

Investigate Legal Liability Claims cradle to grave.
Negotiate appropriate settlement of EL/PL and Personal Injury claims ensuring correct course of action is taken.
Liaise between policyholders, their representatives and insurers to ensure immaculate customer service.
Network and identify new business opportunities.
Invoice management of all claims investigated.
Handle all claims in accordance with compliance and procedure.
