Software Engineer
Salford, Manchester
Salary circa £50,000 - £65,000 + performance/annual bonus+ benefits
Hybrid
- flexible approach 1-2 days a week in the office

CPS are working with a rapidly expanding IT Consultancy who have a great opportunity for a Software Engineer to join their team.

Working in a full Agile (Kanban) environment you will be focused designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
Full stack development using in Java or Python. Some front End technologies, such as React, integrating AWS services and open source tooling, using a variety of different databases (e.g. MongoDb or ElasticSearch).
Working with DevOps specialists to help manage and maintain their infrastructure (using Kubernetes).
Building and adding to automated delivery pipelines (using GitLab).

Skills / experience:
*Experience within Software Engineering / Developer role with focus on Java or Python
*Full stack / Front End knowledge (preferably React)
*AWS experience
*Database knowledge (MongodB) preferred
*TDD / CI/CD an advantage
*Excellent communication skills
