Our client is an international corporation based in central London. An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of annual 3year plans, budgets and forecasts
Assist in the production of the monthly management reporting pack
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with budget, forecasts, and prior year
Develop and produce monthly financial performance dashboards for each broking desk
Run the month end overhead allocation model
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
Analyse past results, to identify trends to support forward planning
Support the Head of FP&A with the day to day
Adhoc projects

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Accounting/Finance degree and/or ACA qualified preferred
At least 2 years post qualified with experience as a Finance Analyst for a multisite international group
High proficiency in financial modelling techniques
Strong Excel skills
Proficient in utilising reporting tools such as Jet Reports and Microsoft Power BI
Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Comfortable to work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects running simultaneously and delivering tangible results within deadlines
Good business acumen
