_The Opportunity _


The Company Searcher is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analysing company data to produce reports in line with company policy.

You will deliver a first-class service and be the first point of contact between us and the customer (internal and external) and will manage the customers communications relating to their orders, account queries and products.


You will be responsible for:

  • Produce company search reports in line with company policy and to meet targeted levels
  • Updating and maintaining inhouse databases
  • Dealing with verbal and written enquiries from agents
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Provide the Customer Services Team Manager/Leader with any statistical information as requested
  • Liaise with the Customer Services Team Manager/Leader regarding any potential professional indemnity issues

To be successful as the Company Searcher, you will be someone who prides yourself on an excellent attention to detail and has strong administrative skills.


You will also have/be:

  • A good communicator
  • Strong excel and Microsoft word skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Selfstarter
  • Experience with Data entry
