    Sales Manager (B2B)

    *As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the B2B sales team to deliver the sales targets on conveyancing and surveys, ensuring consistent delivery of the team targets through coaching and development of the team.
    Maintaining a good level of domain knowledge and sales expertise to lead the team

    • Day to Day management of the B2B Sales Team, ensuring high standards are upheld and attending client visits with the Business Development Managers
    • SalesForce administration to facilitate accurate reporting and forecasting
    • Supporting with corporate events and identify opportunities for sponsorship, promotion or hospitality which support the sales strategy
    • Delivery training to ensure the team's knowledge continues to grow
    • Managing the recruitment strategy and building the team in line with growth
    *You will have previous experience within the property industry, specifically conveyancing and surveys with a good understanding of the property market. Sales, Team Management and coaching experience.

    • Worked with in-house Customer Relationship Management systems.
    • MS office experience with a good working knowledge of Excel.
    • An understanding of Sales and Strategy.
