    Commercial Sales Co-ordinator Engineer - Bristol

    Up to £33, days + B/H - Private Healthcare - Half day Friday

    A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Sales Co-ordinator to join an excellent Manufacturing company in the Bristol area.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Providing contract management support for Commercial Sales.
    • Coordinating and collecting final commercial requirements and communicating with various businesses.
    • Contract, Order and Customer management.
    • Regional support for assigned customer base.
    • Ensure customers receive order confirmation, information and delivery to their expectations.
    • Managing order accuracy for product, price and delivery.
    • Provide support for customers, suppliers and internal colleagues in a timely manner.
    • Manage appropriate processes to monitor compliance, and escalate non-compliance.
    • Liaison with the Contract Manager ensuring awareness and appropriate utilisation of Group Legal for commercial law advice, guidance and support

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    • Appropriate level education to enable interpretation of complex principles and assessment of risk.
    • A working experience of maintaining and operating 'Order Entry' systems and software is essential.
    • Experience of working in a role closely linked to the customer would be useful.
    • Highly PC literate, particularly in MS Office, Web based applications and, ideally, MRP systems.
    • Experience and some formal training in contract law, contract drafting and administration, negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling is preferred.
    • A structured approach to problem-solving.
    • Excellent administration skills.
    • A customer - focussed approach to delivering excellent service and improved accuracy.
