Optimise by Recruitment are working with an industry leading organisation who help customers increase their revenue via review platforms.

Our client has exceptional growth plans for the next few years, which means that now is a great time for an experienced Account Manager to to join their young and enthusiastic team in York as a Customer Success Manager.

In your new role you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships across all accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities.

You will work closelywith the organisations clients alongside the rest of the team to ensure our clients services are delivered successfully.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

Maintaining accounts and contracts, seeking up-sell opportunities where possible through frequent check-in calls with clients
Build relationships with clients, help them with questions, and provide a positive, customercentric approach
Carryout customer success audits that reinforce satisfaction and look to resolve client's challenges
Utilise the CRM system to identify clients to provide optimal customer success
Carryout onboarding video calls, highlighting the value of our platform and providing a friendly support service for all clients to refer to
Efficiently manage time, with a proactive approach and ability to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, client retention, and account growth
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO practices
Knowledge of Google My Business and customer review platforms
Experience of using basic Microsoft Office software
