Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents, families, and staff members.
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within the Care Home sector.
• Can demonstrate strong CQC results
• Ideally have a 'high end' Care Home background
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care provision.
• A commitment to delivering person-centred care with empathy and integrity.
