Are you looking to progress your career to the Senior Account Director level, leading a Media division alongside supporting the overall strategic direction of a full-service independent communication agency?

As the Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy and direction of the agency's media division.

You will be responsible for delivering growth strategies for the media division and the development of the next-generation leadersin the agency.

The Role:

Responsible for supporting the Head of Planning with commercial management of the Media division including, P&L, pricing, resourcing, and contract terms.
Responsible for working with the Head of Planning to develop an integrated offering to new and existing clients.
Responsible for leading growth strategies of the Media division to retain, grow and acquire clients.
Responsible for managing a team of
Responsible for acting as the point of escalation for senior clients and suppliers.
6 plus years plus experience in crosschannel Media Planning and Buying.
Experienced in managing senior client relationships.
Experienced in client retention and client acquisition.
Interested in growing and developing media teams.
