    As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting Heliox cutting-edge products and solutions.

    You will be responsible for on-site commissioning, testing, and providing technical support for our charging solutions used in electric buses, e-trucks, and other high-utilization transportation systems.

    Your expertise will also be instrumental in diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions, as well as conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

    Additionally, youll have the opportunity to contribute to product improvements and provide on-site training to customers.


    Your Responsibilities:

    • repairs, modifications and corrective maintenance on our product line across Europe.
    • comprehensive test and service reports.
    • and suggest improvements to our products and services.
    • quality control for third-party technical service partners.
    • on-site commissioning activities, including Site Acceptance Testing.
    • not in the field, support 1st line technical support in resolving malfunctions.
    • input/output tests and measurements both online and on-site.
    • on-site training sessions for customers.
    • and address failures affecting product performance.
    • in updating and enhancing service documentation.
    • with development teams to deploy, test, and provide feedback on new products

    Required Qualifications:

    • & Guilds Level 3 HND/HNC or equivalent.
    • experience in commissioning and/or service work.
    • with electrical installations and PLC systems.
    • troubleshooting skills.
    • or willingness to learn EV Charging protocols.
    • with CAN communication.
    • or willingness to obtain local safety regulations.
    • to read circuit schematics.
    • of Linux basic command or willingness to learn.
    • driving license.
    • to travel internationally when required
