- To work closely with the Tax teams to deliver first class service to clients.
- Managing the Client Onboarding and AML Remediation processes, including data collection and liaising with the central onboarding team when required.
- Assist with billing processes, including WIP management and debt collection.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
- Provide daily administration support, which may include liaising with clients and HMRC.
- Management and processing of various annual tax return processes.
- Preparation of meeting packs.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch reports for new client opportunities.
- Prioritise workloads to ensure all activites are met in a timely manner.
- good academic record including 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths, and min AAA)
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel, Word, Adobe,
- experienced IT user with intermediate Excel skills
- Strong numerical skills, able to demonstrate understanding of financial terms
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Team player, but with the ability to work and manage their own work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to liaise with senior members of the business in a confident and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for all record keeping and reporting.
- Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
