    What will you be doing?

    To provide full administrative support to Tax Advisors and/or Tax Senior Management. This will enable the team to provide the delivery of accurate, comprehensive advice to clients and a first class level of service.

    Some of your responsibilities will be to:

    • To work closely with the Tax teams to deliver first class service to clients.
    • Managing the Client Onboarding and AML Remediation processes, including data collection and liaising with the central onboarding team when required.
    • Assist with billing processes, including WIP management and debt collection.
    • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
    • Provide daily administration support, which may include liaising with clients and HMRC.
    • Management and processing of various annual tax return processes.
    • Preparation of meeting packs.
    • Assist in the preparation of pitch reports for new client opportunities.
    • Prioritise workloads to ensure all activites are met in a timely manner.
    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • good academic record including 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths, and min AAA)
    • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel, Word, Adobe,
    • experienced IT user with intermediate Excel skills
    • Strong numerical skills, able to demonstrate understanding of financial terms
    • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
    • Team player, but with the ability to work and manage their own work
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to liaise with senior members of the business in a confident and professional manner
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for all record keeping and reporting.
    • Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
