    Description

    3-6 Month interim assignment

    We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to kick off at short notice, reporting to the General Counsel. Your main gig will be handling a wide array of commercial matters in a lively organization.

    Key requirements for rocking this role:

    • Qualified solicitor, 10+ PQE with solid experience in commercial matters. You should bring a sharp analytical and strategic mindset to build trust with your colleagues.
    • Skilled at finding the sweet spot between legal risks and business priorities.
    • Great at influencing others, capable of presenting ideas and working closely with business stakeholders at any level.
    • Proven experience in negotiating both contentious and non-contentious issues with other parties.
    • Top-notch delegation skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, timely, and up to the mark.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively, while meeting stakeholders’ expectations. Your leadership and management game should be strong, as you'll need to earn and maintain the trust of your skilled team.

    Be prepared to be present on-site for 2-3 days weekly.
