- Present and Launch properties For Sale and manage enquiries
- Solicit and Conduct high quality viewings
- Solicit, Promote and Negotiate Offers, checking chains and proof of funds
- Provide regular vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price reductions or other concessions to get stock sold
- Keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis
- Maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services
- Some directly relevant experience would be helpful, but those with transferable skills, common sense and a will to succeed would be considered.

- Basic in the region of £23k per annum, plus OTE c £7k. The OTE is uncapped so that high performers can get good rewards

- Fluent in multiple languages to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws/regulations
