    Our Client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Crewe.

    This is a locally owned business which also has a highly successful lettings brand.

    Sales Negotiator Job Role:

    • Present and Launch properties For Sale and manage enquiries
    • Solicit and Conduct high quality viewings
    • Solicit, Promote and Negotiate Offers, checking chains and proof of funds
    • Provide regular vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price reductions or other concessions to get stock sold
    • Keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis
    • Maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services

    The Person:

    • Some directly relevant experience would be helpful, but those with transferable skills, common sense and a will to succeed would be considered.

    • customer focus and keenness to be rewarded for achievement is sought.
    • Candidates should be able to show that they are self-starting, and can work on their own initiative.

    THE PACKAGE

    • Basic in the region of £23k per annum, plus OTE c £7k. The OTE is uncapped so that high performers can get good rewards
    • 28 days paid holidays including bank holidays; additional days in lieu for Saturday working
    • Mileage reimbursement when using own vehicle

    Sales and Lettings Negotiator


    Duties:

    • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
    • Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients
    • Provide accurate and uptodate information about properties to clients
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
    • Market properties through various channels, such as online listings and social media
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in multiple languages to effectively communicate with diverse clients
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws/regulations
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property visits
