    Client Details

    A well respected Pulborough based client are seeking a full time permanent office based Administrator - HR to support with HR, reception and general office assistance.

    Description

    As Administrator - HR you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the HR system, updating new starters, leavers and amendments
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all employees and visitors
  • Organising all new starter HR inductions and passes
  • Managing leavers exit interviews
  • Coordination of training for staff on site, booking courses, raising POs, organising training and recording of courses
  • General day to day business admin, reception cover, data entry
  • Organising staff events, travel and meetingsProfile
  • Previous HR and business administration
  • MS office knowledge and HR software
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest to study CIPD
  • 5 days a week in office (Pulborough)Job Offer

    £22-23,500 per year
