Description
Tier 1 Hotel Contractor, a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor who has built a reputation for excellence and innovation and has an internationaltrack record of achievement. Due to increasing workload the following opportunityhas now within our London team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective planning andprogramming of interior fit-out projects and establishing, recording and reporting onprogress of works through the life cycle of projects.
Main duties will include:
Applicants should possess a third level construction related qualification and haveprevious programming experience on new build and/or interior fit-out type projectsand have a varied technical knowledge of the construction process. Excellent peoplemanagement, communication and analytical skills are required as well as being aproficient user of ASTA or MS Project and MS Excel.
