    SEO Executive (hybrid) – Wakefield - £25K - £28K + Excellent benefits

    Our client is a well-established Digital Marketing Agency based in Yorkshire, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a hybrid working SEO Executive.

    The SEO Executive will play a key role in the SEO team, developing and implementing strategies which drive organic traffic growth across our client base.

    You'll be responsible for optimising all areas of client sites with the freedom to prioritise and implement tasks in the way you want.

    Duties include:

    • Take ownership of SEO planning and implementation across client accounts
    • Planning and producing content which attracts relevant organic traffic and earns natural backlinks
    • Identify content gaps and opportunities based on competitor research
    • Drive idea generation process for link building campaigns, from brainstorming through to publishing
    • Perform keyword research to find topic opportunities and ensure content is optimised for target keywords
    • Work with design and development teams to produce supporting content assets
    • Keep clients informed about their campaigns and educate them on the value of your work
    • Work closely with account managers and clients to ensure SEO activities align with wider business goals
    • Strengthen content and digital PR knowledge and skills across the SEO team and wider agency
    The ideal candidate will:
    • Analyse site performance and diagnose the main issues impacting on organic visibility
    • Prioritise implementations based on what you believe will be most impactful
    • Organise your tasks effectively so work is completed on time
    • Communicate the value of your work with clients and break down SEO concepts in a way that's easy to digest
    • Communicate the importance of your implementations with account managers, designers and developers
    • Provide clients with updates on the impact of your work and its significance within the wider marketing strategy
    • Stay on top of industry trends to make sure your ideas are fresh and relevant
