    As we continue to expand our client portfolio, we are seeking a talented and strategic leader to join the business as the Vice President of Client Services.

    As the VP of Client Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients in terms of the delivery of their projects


    Client Relationship Management:

    Strategic Planning:
    Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
    Lead and inspire a cross-functional delivery team, including Account Managers, Project Managers, and Client Support staff.
    Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance
    Develop and implement processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services on time and within budget.
    Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.


    Financial Management:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    Proven experience in a similar role within a digital led media, marketing or creative agency
    World class strategic client services leadership skills
    Demonstrated success in leading high-performing client services teams.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing comms, digital technologies, trends, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions.
