The Albex Group (Kent Foods Limited) has a vacancy for an experienced
Logistics Administrator / Transport Planner to join our T
ransport Administration team. This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team.

Main responsibilities include:
-

Management of Goodsin Schedule & allocation of delivery slots
Creating warehouse pick notes & drivers daily run sheets
Raising Purchase Orders for 3rd parties
Customer Service
Providing administration support to our Transport teams
A pleasant telephone manner with the ability to liaise with Customers/Suppliers/Warehouse Staff and Drivers
Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise work load
Forward planning skills
Experience working in a fastpaced environment
Completely customer focused attitude
Computer literate, Word, Excel, Outlook
Flexible working
