Description
Implementations Support Analyst
Our client based in South Manchester is currently looking for an Implementations Support Analyst. You will be supporting the Implementation Manager in day-to-day activities in addition to supporting API and Partner integrations.
Supporting customers internallyand externally on new business onboarding.


Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Implementation setup portal
  • Review new requests merge and push live within agreed SLAs
  • Overall organisation of the setup portal
  • Manage the implementation support queue on Zendesk to assist the internal support team and customers.
  • Attend internal and external implementation calls to support Implementation Manager where required.
  • Keep customers up to date on each stage of the customer onboarding process.
  • Practice a basic understanding of API integrations and continue to upskill your knowledge
  • Make recommendations for improvements to processes and software.
