The company

We have placed a number of engineers and support staff in this company and they all rate the working environment as a 10/10.

They provide response maintenance and project works to the MOD housing estates throughout the south-east.

The team based at Brize Nortonschedule work requests to a team of tradesman situated throughout the south-east and provide the customer with a bespoke service through both the response to occupied properties and the servicing of void properties.


The position

Your role will ensure the customer is updated on any changes and that operatives are assigned efficiently to locations so that travel is minimised.


Could this role be for you?

  • Answer incoming phone calls to our dedicated phone line
  • Schedule prebooked appointments with our team of tradesman
  • Contact residents to book works that are not scheduled in an efficient manner
  • Book in PPM works as directed and print letters to occupants
  • Fill gaps in operative's workloads with PPM remedial and ADWS works
  • 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday 8am 5pm
- £26,000 P/A
