    Hillcrest Homes has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in our Dundee office on a Hybrid basis, for a temporary basis for 12 months.

    We are a diverse organisation offering Housing, Maintenance, Care and Corporate Services across a multi-site environment to help people live better lives.

    It is an exciting time to join Hillcrest with many transformation projects underway and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and lead a high-quality HR Business Partnering Service to the business throughout these changes.

    Candidates should have significant demonstrable experience of delivering a business partnering service to senior leaders.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities themselves and be competent in all areas of employment law, employee relations and change management.

    As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for line managing a team of HR Business Partners and Advisors, providing leadership, advice and guidance to ensure a high quality, comprehensive service is provided to the business.

    You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business on all employment related matters, employee relations, wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion and employment policies.

    You should be a team player and highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and HR data analysis.
