The Deal Desk Support will serve as the Business Partner for our Regional Sales in Southwest. Sales to optimize their deal structure with finance, revenue recognition and legal to contribute to ambitious targets. Provide active support in rational problem solving and performance improvement projects at all level of the organization
Train and enable the team on our system for : quoting, pricing, policies, and processes
Working knowledge of sales processes, software pricing/discounting, contracting, and negotiation strategy
Ability to use software, documentation, and training to streamline and build robust processes
Proven history and finance knowledge in IT, preferably in the software industry
Fully fluent in English (oral and written); French & Portuguese preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to face the unknown and resilience towards testing and pressurizing situations
