An exciting opportunity has arisen for a assistant to join our busy transport/stores team._

Due to the location of the vacancy and the job requirements transport/driving license is essential._


The Role


The position is a fully employed role with all the benefits such as 28 days holiday, pension scheme, training opportunities and career development.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week

Opportunities for overtime are also available.

Full training will be provided, and career progression opportunities are available.

The role requires you to work within a service engineering company. You will be working alongside an established team supporting the day to day running requirements of the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for progression.

Job Specification

  • Create and generate logs and reports on transport/stores items
  • Manage job stock and materials
  • Liaise with engineers and wholesalers
  • Ensure the transport department is assisted
  • Arrange / recover vans
  • Log maintenance required for the vehicles
  • Audit warehouse stock

Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
