- Lead the development of the Engineering Management Plan for the Sensors portfolio.
- Lead on Technical changes to the portfolio by interfacing with Industry on technical issues – including integration, obsolescence, JICs, Concessions.
- Developing the supporting Engineering documentation making sure that the RACI, System Requirements, ITEAP (FATs, HATs, SATs), etc. are in accordance with the Common Support Model (CSM) and GEAR.
- Combat Systems Integration Assurance liaising with the Combat Systems Design Authority (CSDA & SSCSG) to process CIAPs, CCUs, etc.
- Provision of expert advice and guidance on technical issues arising and interface with industry for swift resolution.

Duration: 12 months+
Rate: £500 - £525 per day (Inside IR35)
Our client is recruiting a security cleared Engineering Manager with recent Sonar or Electronic Warfare (EW) knowledge and experience, with a Maritime background.
Working within the DES Ships MCS Underwater and Electronic Warfare (UEW) team, acting as the Lead Engineering Manager for major Sensor's equipment and systems fitted to Royal Navy front line warships and submarines. This will require developing a good working relationship with the Prime Contractor.
