    Job Title: Graduate Residential Portfolio Manager

    Location: Family Office - Central London (with regular travel to properties within UK, France, Switzerland )

    Annual Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + discretionary bonus

    Capstone have partnered with a Family Office based in Central London, who are seeking a proactive, highly organised and personable individual capable of taking overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of 7 high end domestic properties.

    The properties are predominantly based within the UK, although travel to properties in France and Switzerland will also be required. The right candidate is enthusiastic, determined and committed; has a logical approach to problem solving; is accurate with a keen eye for detail; a clear and confident communicator both verbally and in writing; adaptable and able to work to pressing deadlines; is professional, trustworthy and able to deal with situations sensitively and maintain confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

    Maintenance Work

    • Coordinate and oversee routine, reactive and preventative maintenance
    • Identify and arrange suitable contractors, review proposals and negotiate best prices
    • Manage contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard and to agreed timescales Property

    Improvement Projects

    • End-to-end management of improvement projects (planning, supervising & execution)
    • Provide clear project briefs to relevant parties
    • Control project budgets and manage program to ensure timely completion
    • Handle contracts and negotiate favourable terms
    • Appraise drawings and sense check proposals and decision making

    Property Management

    • Manage communication and flow of information with owners
    • Prepare regular property status reports
    • Maintain organised property records, including spend, contracts and legal matters
    • Manage and work closely with house-based staff; review weekly progress reports, help problem solve and make sure all issues have actionable solutions
    • Review/challenge/approve invoices and manage payments with office-based team
    • Handle household insurance policies in UK, France and Switzerland
    • Take overall responsibility for ensuring ancillary equipment (e.g power boat, floating pontoon) is in good order, including servicing and insurance
    • Travel to properties at short notice if required, providing hands-on support if necessary
    • Assist with recruitment of new staff as necessary
    • Ensure all owner's property needs are met

    Other Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Full EU driving licence
    • Fluent in French (preferred)
