    Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Manchester

    The Role:

    • To establish and build new business opportunities through outbound sales calls
    • Calling through warm and cold leads provided and conducting detailed discovery calls
    • To set quality appointments and manage diaries for Consultants and Client Managers
    • Actively build & manage sales pipeline of SME prospects
    • Prospect for new business opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls & lead follow-ups
    • Communicating with customers to identify their needs, requirements & identify sales opportunities
    • Optimise website, LinkedIn and social media channels to maximise opportunities
    • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • 1+ years' experience in an outbound B2B sales role
    • Proven track record of booking over 5+ meetings a week with leadership at SMEs
    • Currently makes 50+ targeted calls per day
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions would be advantageous but not essential
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
    • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter

    What You'll Get:

    • Salary up to £30,000 base plus £20,000 OTE
