- Calling through warm and cold leads provided and conducting detailed discovery calls
- To set quality appointments and manage diaries for Consultants and Client Managers
- Actively build & manage sales pipeline of SME prospects
- Prospect for new business opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls & lead follow-ups
- Communicating with customers to identify their needs, requirements & identify sales opportunities
- Optimise website, LinkedIn and social media channels to maximise opportunities
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Private Equity backed start up, specialising in Employment Law, HR & Health & Safety solutions
- Brand new, innovative SaaS platform designed specifically for SMEs
- The platform offers 24/7 support and has over 600+ different resources
- They already have over 200 customers and growing fast
- Accredited by 'The Legal 500' and 'Chambers & Partners'
- 1+ years' experience in an outbound B2B sales role
- Proven track record of booking over 5+ meetings a week with leadership at SMEs
- Currently makes 50+ targeted calls per day
- Experience selling SaaS solutions would be advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter
- Salary up to £30,000 base plus £20,000 OTE
- Progression into Consultant/Client Manager roles available after 12 months/success
